I'm the eldest of three children, I have a brother and sister. We are a very close family.

I'm married to wonderful guy. We have been together for 11 years.

Food is my passion - I completed my cooking apprenticeship at a young age. Cooking is my thing. I haven't cooked in a professional manner for a few years now, but will one day return to it.

I have worked in a call centre for a telecommunications provider, as a marketing assistant & a personal assistant in a construction company and in my last role an executive assistant for a project management group. They have all played a part in making me the person I am today.

Some of the things I love, in no particular order:

• Gardening - in my big country garden. My aim is to establish a big veggie/fruit garden

Life so far...

15 months ago a precious bundle of joy arrived in our life... what a wonderful journey it has been. Motherhood is everything I had hoped it would be and so much more. M is a content and happy baby.

12 months ago we made the move from the city to the country - to the town I grew up in. My husband C is from the city and I had been away for about 13 years. Moving home was something I had always dreamt I might do. C was willing and happy to make the move. We both decided that the country was where we would like to raise our family.

This is new territory for me.
While I have been stumbling around in the world of blogs and forums for a little while now. I have decided it time to put a little of me in the mix.
I came across a few blogs I have loved reading from a recently featured segment in the Age and have found them to be inspiring reading.
